SPRING BREAK!
Yes spring break is here (For me at least) !! SPRING BREAK 10'? 10?? that just doesn't sound right, i guess it will have to do. Fortunately enough my friend invited me to disney world and i am pumped! like really pumped. Im ready for anything to happen because what happens in spring break stays in spring break. right? right. I've got a couple tips and ideas though.
1) for those of you going to sunny places wear sunscreen! Who wants to go back to school/work peeling? I for sure know i don't want to.
2) Don't do anything regretful, once its done its done and can never be taken back. One night can alter your entire life so don't underestimate things that can happen.
3) If you're not doing anything, go out and do something productive instead of being a couch potato, that way you can feel good about yourself.
4) Play sports, read books, go outside, walk your dog, call your friends, go party!
5) Sit under the stars.
6) Make some good strawberry daiquiris.
7) Do anything your heart desires! :)

The Dreaded School/Week
Does anybody ever notice how Monday's bring everyone down? I do. big time. Why is that? Is it because there are school days ahead of them? Do people feel that through acting miserable on Monday's it will somehow bring their happiness up? See the thing is, life just doesn't work that way, you get what you give. Since you can control your outlook, why not do so? Optimism can turn any ugly day into a beautiful one, or close enough. If you really don't feel like it, fake it til you make it.
Anyways, the only reason why weekends are so perceived as fun is because of all the hype it gets, if the weekdays got the same hype maybe we could always be zen and energized, you know what im saying?? Im not saying that all i want to do is go to school and work and sit behind a desk all day. What im saying is if you can at least raise your energy and happiness just a little, it could get you through the day a lot faster and you might actually find yourself enjoying yourself. Because we can run better with our tanks 2/3 full than 1/3 full. Hey its true. Think about it. Peace.

Where is the World Going?
I had a horrible realization today. Our lives and our earth is slowly going downhill. What's at the center of our lives these days? Mocking Celebrities and waving motion activated controllers at screens. Whatever happened to experiencing real things? Oh yeah we have the internet to do that for us. And what's with the music these days, its almost as if we are having a contest to see who can come up with the worst tune, and the worst voice and see who can win over the hearts of america first. The sad thing is, we are basically urging on the competition to continue.
The fashion, is not horrible but i wouldn't necessarily call it original considering that it consists of the fashion of the past century. We are so original aren't we? Hey who can forget the lovely food selection, let's take a drive down the good old boulevard and there's a Mcdonald's. I'll have an order of fries and Mcgreasemuffin. Lets take a helicopter over the country and take a look at the pollution, if you can see through the smog that is. Also, has anyone seen the irony in handing out save the trees flyers? Maybe this is why we are supposedly going to die in 2012, because the Mayans knew we would be going nowhere. Hey at least there's blogging.
Controlling Your Dreams.
So basically during the day you're going to ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" and you will think nooo, because you're not. Ask this frequently. You will also need to recall your dreams during the day of the previous night. So tell your friends about your dreams to do this step. Also when you wake up in the morning you will need write down your dream last night on paper, in your dream journal! It is a mind kind of thing, so before you go to bed tell yourself that you're about to dream and that you will be able to control it and remember it. Give it a try and comment back! Im working on this too.
Ahh the many uses of Lemon Juice!
1) Lighten your hair: Mix 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup water, use spray bottle to spray into hair, and then bask in the sun. p.s.- make sure you use deep conditioner to moisturize hair after.
2) Kills Bad Breath: Put a little bit of the juice in your mouth, swallow and BAM, works better than mentos. (It lasts longer too).
3) Gets rid of blackheads and scars: Rub over face before you go to sleep, especially where the problem areas are, aka the blackheads, repeat each night until results are reached!
4) Food is good with Lemons: we all knew that!
Awesome Face Mask!
Ingredients:
4 or 5 aspirin tablets (The white kind).
a 1/2 teaspoon of honey.
Instructions: Put a couple drops of water on the tablets and let them dissolve, and then mix the honey into it. Now that you have the mixture, wash your face w/ warm water, keep it moist and put on the mask. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and then gently rub it off with warm water. Your face is going to be smooth, i guarantee it.
Mornings Suck.

It's as simple as that. Mornings, They suck. I wake up looking like crap, with puffy eyes and all this other stuff going on. I have some remedies that will wake up your face! Go to your freezer and get some ice out, you can put them in a plastic bag. Then put them on your eyes and alternate for about 5-10 minutes. They really do reduce swelling.
You notice all those dark holes under your eyes, or the way that your face looks dead? What you're going to do to fix that is to get into
the downward dog
position. Yeah, its kind of uncomfortable put stay put in that
position for 1-2 minutes, and then do it again for a couple
more minutes. And for your actual tiredness, get some caffeine
into you. Coffee or something.
