So basically during the day you're going to ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" and you will think nooo, because you're not. Ask this frequently. You will also need to recall your dreams during the day of the previous night. So tell your friends about your dreams to do this step. Also when you wake up in the morning you will need write down your dream last night on paper, in your dream journal! It is a mind kind of thing, so before you go to bed tell yourself that you're about to dream and that you will be able to control it and remember it. Give it a try and comment back!
